Return & Refund Policy — Mail & More

At Mail & More, all blueprints and printed plans are custom-produced to order. Because each print is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every print we produce. If your order arrives with a print defect, damage, or quality issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

To report a quality issue, email us at dale.l.ouellette@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. If a reprint is warranted, we will offer a 25% discount on your reprint order.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all prints are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than a verified print defect or quality issue. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
