Shipping Policy — Mail & More Blueprints
Processing & Same-Day Shipping
All blueprint orders are custom-printed and shipped from our location. Orders placed and payment confirmed by 2:00 PM local time will be printed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be printed and shipped the following business day.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped the next available business day.
Delivery Times
All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, Mail & More Blueprints is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at dale.l.ouellette@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Lost or damaged shipments will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
