Welcome to Mail & More Blueprints. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Mail & More Blueprints. We operate this store to provide customers with custom blueprint printing services (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.
By visiting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ELIGIBILITY
By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including billing, payment, and shipping details — is accurate, current, and complete.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We specialize in custom-printed blueprints and printed plans. We make every effort to accurately represent our products, however, final print dimensions, colors, and appearance may vary slightly from on-screen previews depending on your device settings.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Mail & More Blueprints reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it and successfully process your payment.
Because all blueprints are custom-printed to order, please review your order carefully before submitting. We may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted and production has begun.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 – PRICING AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.
You represent and warrant that your payment information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control. Once your order is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – REFUND AND QUALITY GUARANTEE
Because all blueprints are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, we stand behind the quality of every print. If your order arrives with a verified print defect or quality issue, contact us within 30 days of delivery at dale.l.ouellette@gmail.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue. If a reprint is warranted, we will provide a 25% discount on your reprint order.
We do not offer refunds or reprints due to customer-provided file errors, incorrect dimensions submitted at checkout, or change of mind.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
By submitting files for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce all content in your submitted files. Mail & More Blueprints is not responsible for any copyright or intellectual property violations arising from customer-submitted print files.
All content, branding, and materials on our website are owned by Mail & More Blueprints and may not be reproduced without written permission.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Our store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Mail & More Blueprints is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with Mail & More Blueprints. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Mail & More Blueprints.
